For general goods without certificates or invoices. No declaration is provided; risk is assessed per category and destination, transit is steadier. Limits are explained before shipping.
We deliver to the border checkpoint and hand over pickup documents; the client or its broker clears at destination. Cheapest option, customs responsibility sits with the client.
Four points so there are no “I thought it was included” surprises
We charge by density: cargo below 100–120 kg/m³ is priced per cubic metre, denser cargo is priced per kilogram. Density = gross weight ÷ volume. The exact threshold depends on the lane and is confirmed when we quote.
Included: pickup and consolidation in China, storage, loading, export clearance, international freight, entry clearance.
Not included: insurance, door delivery, wooden crating, special-cargo surcharges, costs arising from inspection.
We confirm before quoting: product, number of pieces, gross weight, volume, destination, whether a declaration is needed.
You send us the links — we check stock, price and weight, pay the supplier for you, and consolidate the cargo at our Guangzhou warehouse.
Send links from Taobao, 1688 or Pinduoduo. We check stock, price and weight, and fix the total and our fee before the order is placed.
We look at real photos and video, order a sample when needed, and check the factory and the seller’s track record.
Within 24 hours of receiving your funds we pay the supplier in yuan and send a screenshot for every item — no need to chase us.
Parcels from different suppliers arrive at our warehouse: counted and checked, combined into one lot and marked by your list. Before loading we send photos and weights for every item.
You give us rubles or tenge — we transfer yuan to your own Alipay or WeChat. Then you pay the seller yourself.
Sellers on Taobao, 1688 and Pinduoduo accept yuan only, into a mainland China account. A foreign buyer has neither a local account nor a linked Chinese card — the purchase stops right there. We cover only this step: you hand over local currency, we transfer yuan to your own Alipay or WeChat. The money is in your account, and you pay the seller.
Tell us how many rubles or tenge you want to exchange. We calculate the yuan amount at the rate of the day and quote it before any transfer.
Russia: cash in Moscow at Lyublino market, to our representative. Kazakhstan: transfer in tenge to our trusted recipient in Kazakhstan.
Within 5 minutes of receiving the money we transfer yuan to your Alipay or WeChat and send you the transfer screenshot — no need to chase us.
The money is in your account: you place the order and pay the seller yourself. The goods arrive at our Guangzhou warehouse — we check, consolidate, load and ship.
Insured sum, compensation limits and exclusions — all written into the contract
Insurance costs 1–3% of the declared value, tiered by declared value per kg: up to $30/kg — 1%, $30–50/kg — 2%, $50–100/kg — 3%. Cargo above $100 per kg is not accepted.
Insured: total loss is paid at the insured sum; partial loss is paid at the insured sum per lost kilogram. Uninsured: $3/kg (clothing $5/kg), capped at the actual value of the goods.
On our own routes we compensate delays caused by us. Delays caused by inspection, border closure, weather or other special circumstances are not compensated, and those days are not counted in the transit time.
Goods name and brand status must be declared truthfully; prohibited goods are not accepted. Once cargo is accepted and taken from the warehouse, weight and condition claims are no longer accepted.
