How much does shipping from China cost?

Moscow — from 1 USD/kg, 15–18 days. Almaty and Bishkek — from 0.7 USD/kg, 7–12 days. Minsk — from 1 USD/kg, 18–21 days. Air freight from Guangzhou and Yiwu — 3–5 days. The final price depends on cargo density: we charge by actual weight or volumetric weight, whichever is higher.

How long does delivery take?

Approximate times from warehouse departure: Moscow 15–18 days, Almaty and Bishkek 7–12 days, Minsk 18–21 days, air 3–5 days. Times may shift with flight schedules, lane loading and seasonal peaks. Your manager reports the current status of the shipment.

How is the cost calculated?

We take the higher of actual weight and volumetric weight. If cargo density is below 100–120 kg/m³, pricing is by volume. That is why light bulky goods — shoes, clothing, disassembled furniture — are cheaper to compact when packing.

Can you purchase goods for me?

Yes. Turnkey sourcing from Taobao, 1688, Pinduoduo and factories directly. We pay the supplier, receive the goods at the warehouse, check quantity and pack them. Sourcing fee is 3% of the goods value, terms for large batches are agreed separately. We also exchange roubles and tenge into yuan.

How does insurance and compensation work?

Insurance is 1–3% of declared value, graded per kilogram: 1–30 USD/kg — 1%, 30–50 USD/kg — 2%, 50–100 USD/kg — 3%. Goods declared above 100 USD/kg are not accepted. For total loss we compensate the insured amount; for partial loss, per kilogram of lost cargo. Without insurance — 3 USD/kg (clothing 5 USD/kg), capped at actual value. No compensation for concealed cargo data, errors in the packing list, unpaid freight, force majeure, or after the cargo is handed over.

Which goods do you not accept?

Prohibited: fur goods, e-cigarettes, drones, mining equipment, phones, computers and laptops, liquids, powders, knives, chemicals, counterfeit perfume and cosmetics, supplements, medicines, tea. Confirm non-standard cargo with your manager in advance.

Where do I deliver the cargo and how is it accepted?

Guangzhou warehouse: 广东省广州市白云区石门街道石沙路石井工业区三横路3号F8栋106. Receiving and consolidation are also available in Yiwu — ask your manager for the address. On receipt we record quantity and condition, take photos and merge deliveries from different suppliers. Storage and consolidation are free.

How do I check the status of my cargo?

Ask your manager on WhatsApp or Telegram — they follow the shipment from receipt to delivery. Keep the waybill number and departure date handy for faster lookup.
